The Lebanese Collegiate Network (LCN) is a new organization that needs financial assistance. Currently, over 15 University Lebanese Clubs (ULC) are supporting the mission of the LCN. The foremost purpose of LCN is to foster, connect and develop Lebanese collegiate clubs, students and alumni within the United States. The LCN offers a range of activities and programs designed to provide opportunities to network with Lebanese students and professionals, achieve their academic goals, contribute to the community, and develop professionally.

Below is an outline of the LCN goals and programs for this first fiscal year. The LCN needs your monetary sponsorship to complete these objectives. Please use our website to get more details on all applications and programs. For your convenience a Paypal account has been setup.

1. The LCN Academic Excellence & Heritage Scholarship

In an effort to strengthen the academic skills of University Lebanese students and lay the foundation for future professionals, LCN is establishing an annual scholarship fund. Our goal is to provide the financial means necessary to allow subscribing student members the ability to pursue a higher education.

Sponsorship Recommendation: $500

2. The LCN Newsletter and Website (www.lebanesecollegiatenetwork.org)

This periodical reaches over 15 Universities nationwide, including USC, ASU, CPP, UCLA, Harvard, MIT, UMD and more. Each issue describes recent events and is a forum for professional discussion. In addition, we are offering each company the opportunity to announce job openings on the new LCN website.

A. Newsletter Business Card advertisement: $200 per year (3 issues)

B. Newsletter Job Posting: $75 per issue

C. Website Job Posting or Business Card advertisement: $600 per year

D. Website Job Announcement: $75 per month

All material must meet LCN board approval before being accepted.

3. Joint LCN and University Speaking Engagements

Your company is invited to speak on any professional topic they feel may be of interest to our LCN ULC community. This is an excellent opportunity for your company to showcase landmark projects and professional achievements. Sponsorship involves a presentation and dinner arrangements at any of our subscribing Universities. The LCN will be happy to coordinate a time and location with your company and the hosting university.

Sponsorship: $500 depending on location and attendance

4. The LCN Student Exchange Program

In the spirit of promoting Lebanese culture and education, the LCN has developed a nationwide student exchange program. This program will occur once during the fiscal year. One student candidate will visit another ULC. The transportation costs will be paid for by the LCN and all housing accommodations will be the responsibility of the hosting university . The objective is to allow a Lebanese student member an opportunity to meet and communicate with other Lebanese students farther away. The student will be selected by an LCN committee. 5. The LCN Most Outstanding University Lebanese Club Award

The Lebanese Collegiate Network (LCN) recognizes and honors the achievements of a University Lebanese Club (ULC) through the LCN Most Outstanding ULC Award. This prize includes a $250 monetary value and a perpetual plaque that includes an inscription of the ULC's name.
