     On November 10th, 2011, the Lebanese Collegiate Network worked together to host a tasteful networking event with the LA Cedars Rotaract and the LA Chapter of the Network of Arab-American Professionals in Hollywood, California, at the Next Door Lounge.

    One by one, professionals from all over the states began to arrive and show their support for the organizations.  Some were familiar faces, and others were new and just beginning to learn about these groups that they, too, can be involved in.  Young students who had just graduated took advantage of this event to network with other professionals in their field and get advice on what challenges and opportunities lay ahead in their distinct paths. A few LCN officers flew from different States to attend this joyful event in addition to the ones in the LA area. Toward the end of the night, the LCN, LA Cedars Rotaract and NAAP-LA, raffled numerous prizes which included gift cards to Best Buy, Nordstrom, Macy’s, and the Next Door Lounge.  Lucky winners also received bragging rights for the night for having the lucky digits!

    The LCN thanks LA Cedars Rotaract and NAAP-LA for a wonderful mixer and we look forward to doing more in the future.
