LAHC & LCN "End of Summer" Professional Mixer in Michigan at 'South'

On Thursday September 29, 2011 the LCN hosted for the third time, its annual Professional Mixer, in Michigan. The mixer took place at the South Bar in Birmigham, Michigan, and was partnered along with the Lebanese American Heritage Club (LAHC). The end of the summer mixer was welcomed by a rainy evening of networking while enjoying delicious appetizers..
Through joint partnership LCN and LAHC brought together an intimate crowd from the Detroit area that constructed further businesses and personal connections.
Judith Farah, LCN president welcomed the attendees and introduced her colleagues from the LCN, who along with her, had the responsibility of managing this event. Wassim Mahfouz, LAHC executive Director, talked more about the Lebanese American Heritage Club, and how year after year, their organization is reaching out to the community. Anita AbdulKarim, LCN VP of Events, had a small introduction about the Lebanese Collegiate Network, followed by the many raffle prizes for the evening.
This event was sponsored by DTE Energy represented by Mr. Fouad Abou Chrakra. Raffle prizes were sponsored by Best Buy, Sydney Airbrush tanning Salon, and LAHC. The excitement from the raffle invited a high-spirited atmosphere that continued on for the rest of our evening.
The Lebanese Collegiate Network will be hosting another mixer in Los Angeles, California on November 10th, 2011. More Details to follow on www.mylcn.org.
